About Dr. Alan Rosenthal

Alan Rosenthal is an investor and real estate broker who has helped change the lives of others, by creating easy to use, step-by-step systems that real people are using every day to become real estate investors. He believes, that through real estate, we all can attain Financial Freedom and Independence, to pursue our life missions. Whether that mission includes charity, starting a foundation, travel, or maybe spending a lot more time with your kids and family, “Financial Health” gives you the ability to pursue your dreams.

Alan has a true passion and zest for learning and is a perpetual student of real estate. Through continual and ongoing reading, studying, attending workshops and seminars of others - having to do with all aspects of real estate - he can break it down, simplify and teach the information to others through his workshops, teleseminars and coaching.

He pays thousands of dollars and spends hundreds of hours each year devouring information from leading economists, and researchers, along with extensive groundwork: traveling to and actually walking different areas in conducting his own personal research, so he can invest in the best locations, and hold the hands of others who wish to invest along side of him.

His teaching background started, while as an undergraduate student, tutoring students and child actors in topics such as Algebra, Geometry, Chemistry and Biology.

He later owned and ran a very successful chiropractic practice in Woodland Hills, California for over a decade. Although he loved his patients, he would typically spend 60 plus hours per week at his office. Wanting to spend a lot more time with his growing family, he started to study real estate investing, which became a passion for him.

This eventually led to a career change into real estate investing and helping others attain financial health and independence through real estate.

Alan lives in the Conejo Valley area of Southern California with his wife Sherri and his three boys.
