Workshops

I’m looking for your help

For the rest of 2007 and beyond, I'd like to set up different workshops and make them available to you at no cost. Please think about what real estate related topics that you’d like to learn about and would come to for Free. Some examples would be:

• Credit enhancement and restoration
• Mortgages, how the system works
• Setting up the proper entities and asset protection (LLC's, Corporations, etc.)
• Tax strategies for the real estate investor
• Goal planning and staying on purpose

For example, I have a friend who is a credit specialist and some of the things she can cover in a Free workshop include:

• Improve FICO scores and increase your buying power and save you money.
• Build your credit history for people that have no FICO or lack of active credit, just starting out.
• Update personal history on your credit file.
• How to work with the three major credit bureaus to correct information and remove derogatory information, as well as the creditors involved.
• Teach long term credit management strategies.
